Joanne was fantastic! She was easy to deal with and talk to. She made my experience very smooth and she was so accommodating. It felt like she was happy I was there and we had never even met before.

Have had my unit at blue bird self storage in truro heights location since 2013. Joanne has been great to to deal with the entire time. Excellent location.

Have been using this facility for many years now… JoAnn (sp?) is great to deal with and always so responsive & helpful.
Great location and very well maintained property.
Only a couple concerns: the keypad to unlock the gate has failed again and you can’t see the display. They have the instructions on the gate but when the gate is opened (IE: during regular business hours) you can’t see it
If you know what to do it’s ok but if you don’t….

Joanne has been awesome to deal with. Love the security of the building and the freedom to come and go. I'm glad we chose Bluebird Self Storage to store our trailer

Joanne was very helpful from start to finish, she is very professional and was a pleasure to work with at all times. The lockers were super clean, the building was very easy to access and move equipment. The only reason I stopped renting is that we became empty nesters and had extra room for storage. If I rent again in the future, It will be with Bluebird Storage for sure.
