Very Professional, efficient and courteous service. As well the building/units were very clean with easy access and dollys/carts easily accessible. I spoke to Jo Ann several times at the office, extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond! Overall an excellent experience all the way around!

We were searching for a secure climate controlled unit to store our motorcycle and stumbled upon Bluebird Storage in Truro. We were so fortunate to find a unit that was a perfect size. We were greeted by staff that were very friendly helpful & professional. The building & washrooms are spotless and smell so clean. We have 24 hr access to our unit which is very easy to get in & out off. There is a large garage door that made it very easy to get bike in. We feel very secure with our belongings being there. We set up with auto payment which was super easy and get our bill emailed to us and when payment has been made we get a receipt! We have decided to keep our unit thru summer because it’s so convenient for us and know we don’t find one any better! Would refer this location to anyone that is looking for convenience clean and friendly storage..
